The 10 tips to eating healthy you are about to read are different than other such lists you may find elsewhere, and admittedly esoteric.

Eating is more than just food going into your body.
It is an emotional and spiritual experience also.



10 tips to eating healthy
  1. Slow Down. Breathe deeply before eating; check in with yourself with love and compassion.

  2. Choose the highest quality versions possible of the foods you eat.

  3. Listen to your cravings, your gut is wise!

  4. Eat. breakfast. every. day.

  5. Open yourself to deep enjoyment of food and the simple pleasures in life.

  6. Choose foods that are produced with integrity and in harmony with your ethical standards.

  7. Become aware (nonjudgmentally) of negative thoughts you have about food, as they have a tendency to become self-fulfilling prophecies.

  8. Commit to eating in a way that supports what you want to be doing with your life.

  9. Forgive those who have hurt you, including yourself. Yes, this belongs in this list!

  10. Plan your meals based on what appeals, and set yourself up for a smooth, well-fed, health-infused week.
