Hi! I'm Alana Johnson, "webmaster" of EatRealGood.com.
I'm so happy you are checking out this site; my hope is to share useful ideas and
information with people, in order to ultimately support small farms who grow organic produce.
I also am super excited about the free meal planner that is available here.
(The
inception of that idea was when I looked and looked for a meal planner for my own personal use. I wanted something that would let me put in
the produce I had received in my veggie box that week, and come up with relevant, yummy, healthy recipes to make that week. When I couldn't
find anything of the sort, I figured there must be others looking for something similar, so here I am!)
This site is a work in progress. It is also a way for me to help keep myself on track foodwise.
